Jody brings a unique skillset to the Real Estate industry. As a second generation Realtor®, she not only inherited exposure to real estate but further developed her knowledge and experience as partner in a National home inspection franchise as well as in a residential building and general contracting company. With twenty five years of construction experience she has brought homes from dirt to design. Not just conceptually but hands on from start to finish and everything in between. From pouring footings and foundations to putting the final touches on design elements or being part of the home inspection process she has seen many clients make their dream home a reality. Her insight to home construction and maintenance will allow her to educate her clients with valuable information to make informed decisions.
